Gloucester Guildhall is supporting Heart Month with a charity exhibition

During the month of February at Gloucester Guildhall, local artists from across the county will be displaying some of their finest pieces of work at the I H’ART GLOUCESTER exhibition.
From 2nd – 27th February, art lovers will have the opportunity to take home their favourites from the exhibition, with all the commission from sales as well as the proceeds from many of the pieces going to the British Heart Foundation, in support of Heart Month.
Chloe Homer, Gloucester Guildhall’s programming and marketing officer, said: “We are really excited about bringing together some of the county’s best artists for this collaborative exhibition. Plus it’s for a great cause!”
Every February, the British Heart Foundation celebrates Heart Month. Heart Month is an annual campaign to increase awareness of heart disease across the country. During this month, the British Heart Foundation focuses upon educating and encouraging people to choose a heart-healthy lifestyle.
I H’Art Gloucester will be based in the Concourse corridor gallery and will be free admission.
There will also be a chance to decorate an “I H’Art Gloucester” postcard with reasons of why you love Gloucester. These postcards will be displayed at Gloucester Guildhall at a later date, giving you an opportunity to leave an impression.
