Northleach is a market town in the heart of the Cotswolds dating back to AD 780.
The town is in the valley of the River Leach in the Cotswolds, about 10 miles northeast of Cirencester and 11 miles east-southeast of Cheltenham.
Found adjacent to the Roman Fosse Way, Northleach has been a film and television location for the likes of J.K. Rowling's 'The Casual Vacnacy' and more recently the mockumentary sitcom 'This Country'.
Close by is the Far Peak Outdoor Activity Centre, Campsite and Cycle Centre, as well as two National Trust properties of Chedworth Roman Villa and Lodge Park.
